Shuwei Gu, Director of Bosch global service -Raw material technical center -Asia. Main scope is covering metal and non-metal materials technical services for Bosch global all BUs' products. Including AP and AM both regional locations. Responsible for new material development, innovations and supply chain development and technical releases. I am working in BOSCH for more than 20 years,always focus on products & components localization and technical release. Since2018 , move to Bosch-Shanghai Raw material technical centre to enhance localization of raw materials and innovations. In recent years ,we are also developing and promoting green materials in RB products applications . Try to lead sustainability strategy and provide technical solutions from material technology point of view in our company and even in related industry area and local supply chain.

Lai Wei, Trading Director of Zijin Mining Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., has long been engaged in investment research of non-ferrous metals and is currently responsible for the hedging business of related ore products for the group. 

Jian Xu, General Manager of Chuansheng (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd., has been engaged in the copper cathode trade for over 20 years. He previously worked at JCC International Trading Co., Ltd. for more than a decade and currently holds a management position at a newly established state-owned enterprise trading platform.

Ph.D. from the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences, Wuhan University; Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; Doctoral Supervisor at Central South University. Currently serves as the Director of the Research Institute at Nuode New Materials Co., Ltd.  
Main research focuses on new energy materials and electronic copper foil. Has led over 10 scientific and technological projects, including national key R&D programs and projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Published more than 60 SCI-indexed papers as the first or corresponding author and holds over 20 authorized invention patents. Has received awards such as the Hubei Province "March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter", Qinghai Province Science and Technology Progress Award, Qinghai Province Kunlun Talent High-End Talent, Huangshi City Five-High Talent, and the Dongchu Talent Plan Category A Talent.

Liusheng Li, Chief Technology Expert of AVIC Optoelectronics, currently serves as Product Manager of the AVIC Optoelectronics NEV Business Division. He is dedicated to research on electrical contact application technologies and the development of NEV contact components and connectors, with over 30 authorized patents to his name.

Keira Yu, currently the Senior Manager of Copper and Aluminum Market Research at SMM, is dedicated to the study of the copper and aluminum industry chains. He maintains close long-term relationships with domestic raw material plants, traders, and downstream enterprises, providing the industry with real-time market information, price forecasts, market surveys, and report writing services.

Yijun Li currently serves as the General Manager of the Nonferrous Commodities Division at CITIC Futures Co., Ltd. and as a mentor at the Business School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.  
He previously worked in private equity/venture capital (PE/VC) and at a central state-owned enterprise in the nonferrous metals industry. With fifteen years of experience in macro and industry research, as well as portfolio investment, he specializes in macro strategies, major asset allocation, and risk management of commodities and foreign exchange derivatives for enterprises across the industry chain.

Since joining Shanghai Metals Market Information & Technology Co., Ltd. in 2010, Mr. Ye Jianhua has served as General Manager of the Big Data Industry Research Department and Chief Copper Analyst. In April 2021, he was appointed as a Supervisor of the company. His research scope covers supply-demand dynamics, cost structures, and circular economy across the industrial value chain.Mr. Ye maintains close engagement with domestic and international stakeholders across the industry chain, including mining companies, smelters, fabricators, end-users, traders, investment banks, funds, and investment institutions. He regularly participates in surveys related to operating rates, production costs, and downstream PMI indicators.

Zhenxing Dong, head of the futures department at Shandong Humon Smelting Co., Ltd., is primarily responsible for the company's hedging operations in precious and non-ferrous metals.

Head of Metals Research at Guojin Securities Research Institute. Graduated from the Australian National University, with frontline research experience from both the buy-side and sell-side, and long-term focus on copper and non-ferrous metals industry research. Based on the supply-demand pattern and material flow from global mines—smelting—end-use consumption, a systematic research framework is established, deeply tracking key variables such as copper mine project commissioning, smelting TCRC, and regional price spreads. Special attention is given to the driving effect of new-type infrastructure construction, including power grids, new energy, and AI data centers, on copper demand, providing forward-looking research and strategic advice for industrial clients and financial institutions.

Yao Dawei, Ph.D. in Engineering from Zhejiang University, is engaged in research on new conductor materials and the three electric systems (power battery, drive motor and electronic control system) of NEVs. He is well-versed in non-ferrous metal profiles and additive manufacturing processes, and has led the development of a domestically leading production line for ultra-pure copper-based conductor wires. He has also established a 10kt-level bimetallic composite material production line and developed China's first 150kWh power battery. Dr. Yao has presided over one national key R&D program, more than ten provincial/ministerial and enterprise-level scientific research projects, and has received one provincial/ministerial-level first prize for scientific and technological progress, along with two provincial/ministerial-level talent awards. He has published over 30 research papers, applied for 15 invention patents, and led the revision of six national and industry standards. 

Xiang Wang, Ph.D., Senior Economist, expert at the Economic and Energy Supply-Demand Research Institute of State Grid Energy Research Institute, primarily engaged in research on macroeconomic operations, power economic relations, and power market analysis and forecasting. He has been responsible for 5 government projects including those for the National Energy Administration, and over 20 State Grid Corporation projects. He has published more than 20 core papers, obtained 9 authorized invention patents, and authored over 70 specialized internal reports.

Baozhong Ma, Professor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, Doctoral Supervisor, and Vice Dean of the School of Metallurgical and Ecological Engineering. He is a selected expert of the National Major Talent Program, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, and a Leading Scholar at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. He also serves as an expert on the overall expert panel of the National Key Special Project "Key Technologies and Equipment for Circular Economy" under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and as Deputy Director of the Heavy Nonferrous Metals Metallurgy Committee of the Chinese Society for Metals, among other positions. He is an editorial board member of more than 10 journals, including the *International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials*. He has presided over more than 30 projects, including the National Key R&D Program and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in over 60 national, provincial, ministerial, and enterprise scientific research projects. He has published more than 190 papers, obtained over 90 authorized patents, authored one monograph, contributed to the compilation of five national and group standards, and received five provincial and ministerial first prizes and two second prizes. He was awarded the inaugural Qiu Dingfan Youth Science and Technology Award in Nonferrous Metallurgy and the China Nonferrous Metals Innovation and Excellence Program, among other honors. He has supervised the graduation of more than 30 doctoral and master's students, and currently supervises over 40 doctoral and master's students.

Xiaomin Zhou, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Xinze Copper Industry Co., Ltd., focuses on product sales and the company's daily operational management. As a core management member of the company, she possesses considerable industry experience and professional knowledge, and is committed to promoting the steady development of the company in the field of secondary copper utilization and enhancing its market competitiveness. 

The research field is dedicated to covering both the macro and fundamental aspects of the copper industry chain, primarily focusing on copper prices, supply-demand dynamics, costs, futures, and market policies within the chain. It maintains close ties and provides consulting services to enterprises related to the industry chain and sector (such as smelters, processing plants, end-users, traders, investment banks, and futures companies). Regular participation in surveys involving copper price model forecasts, industry chain operating rates, and end-use consumption is conducted, along with on-site field trips to visit enterprises, ensuring real-time tracking of the latest market developments. 

Dong Liang, Doctor of Engineering, Senior Engineer, currently serves as the Chief Representative and Motor Project Lead at the International Copper Association Beijing Representative Office. He has long been engaged in energy-saving research and promotion in the field of high-efficiency motors in China, studying the application of advanced copper materials in motors, and has participated in the formulation of multiple national energy efficiency standards and product standards for motors. He has published over 20 papers in domestic and overseas professional journals and forums, obtained 18 patents, and serves as a member of the Copper Alloy Processing Academic Committee of the Nonferrous Metals Society of China. 

Yong Lv graduated with a major in International and Domestic Marketing from the Department of Management Engineering at Kunming University of Science and Technology. He began his career in July 1996 and has held various positions at Zhongtiaoshan Group, including sales representative, section chief, deputy manager, and manager of the sales department. In December 2021, he was appointed as the Marketing Deputy General Manager of North Copper Co., Ltd., overseeing product sales, copper raw material procurement, and measurement inspection. With nearly three decades of experience in the copper market, he has witnessed multiple market cycles of bull and bear trends and possesses a profound understanding of the copper market, along with his own perspectives on its underlying operational logic. He is well-versed in futures-spot arbitrage operations within the copper market and has extensive practical and managerial expertise. He has contributed to the formulation of corporate marketing strategies and established a market price risk early-warning mechanism, playing a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, mitigating risks, and ensuring steady operations.
